Please find your way to Professor Fukuda’s office at 8:30 a.m. on the first day of your Elective Placement. Professor Fukuda’s office is located on the 6th floor of Takagi Kaikan. He will take you to the Gakujika (Department of Educational Affairs) where you will register. At registration you will be asked to fill out a registration form. Please ensure you have the full address and telephone number of your accommodation if you have chosen to stay at private accommodation. Then you will have a photograph taken and will be issued with a Jikei ID card for the duration of your stay.
How to Access Internet
A temporary password will be issued to those who want to access the Internet LAN system of Jikei University. Visit Kawamura-san at Gakujika (Department of Educational Affairs) and fill out the application form.
Certificate
A certificate of attendance will be issued to students who claim before the end of their placement
Assessment
If student assessment is required by your University/Medical School, evaluation form must be brought by you at the start of your elective and given to the Head of Department where you are undertaking elective. Please note that no evaluation forms will be completed after you have left The Jikei University.
Feedback report
Please submit your feedback report to Dr.sekiya ONE WEEK BEFORE you complete your elective course at The Jikei University. We will not be able to issue an elective certificate until we receive your feedback.
