Ok, you're off the plane, through customs, dealt with all the excitement of baggage reclaim. Now you just have to get to Jikei. The quickest and easiest method of doing this is by train. Japan Rail operates an express service between Narita and Tokyo station, called NEX (Narita Express). Trains depart at least every hour and this increases to half-hourly at busy times. Tickets cost roughly 3,000 Yen and can be reserved in advance (though the minimum time is 3 days before travel), or purchased on the day subject to availability. You should get a ticket between Narita and Shimbashi
At Tokyo station, you will need to change from the Narita Express to a local train. The easiest line to change to is the Yamanote Line, signs for which are a indicated with a light green colour. The Yamanote line encircles Tokyo and serves all the major districts. Additionally, all the train announcements and on-board screens display information in both Japanese and English.
The nearest rail station to Jikei is Shimbashi, which is 2 stops south of Tokyo station. You will need to take a train going towards Shinagawa, Shibuya and Shinjuku.
Get off the train at Shimbashi and make your way to the Hibiya Exit.
As you exit the station, to your left is the taxi rank. There are several taxi firms operating in Tokyo, pictures of some of the common ones are below. All of the taxis have a minimum charge of 660 Yen, which should cover the short trip to the hospital. Tell the driver you want to go to "Jikei Byoin" (Jikei Hospital).
