の理念のもと、私たちは疾患のみならず、患者さん一人ひとりの人生や価値観に向き合う医療を大切にしています。
肝胆膵領域の疾患は、難治性の側面を伴うことも多く、診断や治療の過程で大きな不安を感じられる患者さんやご家族は少なくありません。当科では、医療者の視点のみで判断するのではなく、患者さんとの十分な対話を通じて、理解と納得を得ながら治療を進めることを重視しています。
近年、肝胆膵外科領域では医学の進歩が著しく、治療に求められる考え方も多様化しています。がんの治療においては、手術に加え、化学療法、放射線療法、緩和医療などを病態に応じて適切に組み合わせることが重要です。当科では、最新の知見を踏まえつつ、多職種・多診療科が連携するチーム医療を通じて、患者さんを中心とした診療を実践しています。
今後も、臨床および研究の両面から研鑽を積み、地域医療と社会に信頼される肝胆膵外科を目指してまいります。

診療内容・専門分野

当院は日本肝胆膵外科学会の認定修練施設であり、高度技能専門医：斉藤良太、恩田真二、修練医：中島啓吾（内視鏡外科技術認定医）の3名の肝胆膵外科専門スタッフを中心に診療を行っております。肝癌、胆道癌、膵癌に対する高難度肝胆膵外科手術を年間50件程度行っており、そのうち腹腔鏡下肝切除術、腹腔鏡下膵体尾部切除術などの高難度腹腔鏡下手術も積極的に行っております。また、肝嚢胞に対する腹腔鏡下肝嚢胞開窓術、胆嚢結石・胆嚢ポリープに対する腹腔鏡下胆嚢摘出術、脾臓疾患に対する腹腔鏡下脾臓摘出術など、肝胆膵脾領域良性疾患に対する手術も幅広く行っております。
当院では複数の併存疾患をお持ちの患者さんの手術にも対応可能であり、大学附属病院の特色を生かし、他診療科や外科内の他診療班と連携し、総合的診療体制で治療に臨んでおります。術後合併症の低減を目指した周術期管理の工夫に取り組んでおり、良好な結果が得られております。
肝胆膵領域悪性疾患は、これまで手術で根治を目指す治療が中心でありましたが、近年は、化学療法・新規薬物療法を中心とした集学的治療の進歩により治療成績の向上が得られています。当院では、肝胆膵領域悪性腫瘍に対して、術前・術後化学療法と手術を組み合わせた治療を導入し、治療成績の向上を目指しております。
